Terms of service
Scope of work
Each project is defined by a written quote or proposal listing deliverables, timeline and price. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins.
Payment
Projects are billed 50% upfront and 50% on delivery unless agreed otherwise. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. All prices are in INR and exclusive of applicable taxes.
Ownership
On receipt of full payment, all source code, designs and intellectual property created for the project are transferred to the client. Third-party libraries remain under their own licences.
Liability and law
Greyphase’s total liability is limited to the fees paid for the project concerned. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Kolkata, West Bengal having jurisdiction.
