What I collect
Only what you send me: your name, email, phone number, company details and project information submitted through the contact form, email or calls. I do not use advertising trackers.
How it is used
To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes, deliver the agreed work, issue invoices and meet legal record-keeping requirements. Your information is never sold or shared for marketing.
Payments
Online payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway. Card and bank details are handled entirely by the gateway and are never stored by Greyphase.
Retention and your rights
Project and billing records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires. You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data at any time by emailing hello@greyphase.in.
