Delivery policy
Digital delivery only
Greyphase provides software development and consulting services. Nothing is physically shipped. All deliverables are delivered electronically.
How work is delivered
Code is delivered through a Git repository you own (GitHub, GitLab or Bitbucket), along with deployment to your hosting account and written handover documentation.
Timelines
Delivery dates are set out in each project quote. Small websites typically take 2–3 weeks; web and mobile apps 6–12 weeks depending on scope.
Delays
If a delivery date is at risk, you will be told in writing as soon as I know, along with a revised date and the reason.
