Cancelling a project
You may cancel at any time by email. Work completed up to the cancellation date is billed pro-rata against the advance, and any unused balance of the advance is refunded.
Before work begins
If you cancel before any work has started, the full advance is refunded.
Retainers
Monthly retainers can be cancelled with 15 days’ notice. The current month is not refundable once started; no further charges are made after cancellation.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days to the original payment method. Bank processing may take a further 5–7 working days.
